Uncle Don recommends a modified RAVE diet:
1. no Refined food made from white flour, white rice, or white sugar,
2. no Animal or dairy products,
3. no Vegetable oils, except flax seed oil, and extra virgin olive oil,
4. Exercise - walk 12 miles a week, and don't walk at all one day a week.
5. Make no Exceptions,
6. Eat 4 ounces of meat a week, like one hamburger,
7. To prevent diarhea, transition to the diet slowly over 3 weeks because your body must adjust.
The diet is surprisingly easy to follow; you never feel hungry, and you pee like a racehorse. Your weight, cholesterol, triglicerides, blood pressure, and risk of diabetes will all drop.
