Microscope Maintenance

Scheduled on-site service includes the cleaning, service, and repair needed for each microscope. Service is conducted at your school, minimizing downtime and allowing service to be scheduled anytime during the school year! Cleaning and preventative maintenance of most educational microscopes is $36 per unit, parts additional. For larger quantities or questions, please contact us at [email protected].

  • Mechanical Balance: $29 each
  • Service Call: $100 (under 25 units or over 150 miles)

Funding for our service most frequently comes from a school’s maintenance or R&R (repair/replacement) funds rather than the science budget! We recommend you ask your school’s administration for more information. Routine preventative maintenance is the cost-effective alternative to the purchase of replacement equipment.
